Accessible car parking:
Nine Elms Waitrose offers two hours of free parking to the rear end of the space. These are located in Ponton Road, on the other side of the road to the US Embassy.
Seating aids hire:
Stools are available for hire upon request. Please email info@troyhouseart.org or telephone 07824394211 in advance of your visit.
Alternatively, please ask one of our team members upon arrival.
Wheelchairs & mobility scooters access:
Troy House Art is fully wheelchair accessible with wheelchair ramp access. The entrance is Step-free.
Our interior lifts are spacious enough to accommodate wheelchairs and most average-sized mobility scooters.
Neurodivergent & autistic visitors
Typically, our busiest time periods are 15:00-16:00 and 17:00-19:00, and weekends are usually much busier than weekdays.
Loud noises, flashing and bright lights, and strobe lighting may feature in some of the artworks on display.. If you require specific information before the day of your visit, please email info@troyhouseart.org or telephone 07824394211. On the day of your visit you are welcome to speak to the staff at our front desk.
